About
I have been a Realtor since 1998. Obtaining my Real Estate license in 1998 and practicing real estate in SW Florida for the last 19 years was amazing. In 2017 I decided it was time to make a change, one that was a dream for over 35 years, to move close to the Great Smoky Mountains. As soon as I got here I obtained my Real Estate License and it has been history ever since. One thing I know for sure, Real Estate is a constant learning experience, which is why I enjoy it so much. My time in Real Estate has offered me the opportunity for lots of training in the classroom and in the field, so much so that I have earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designation. I have closed many homes and worked with many wonderful buyers and sellers during this time. It is very rare to hear some one say that they love their job, and I honestly have to say that I do love my job. Working with buyers and sellers affords me the opportunity to build new relationships as well as constantly learning about our market in beautiful East Tennessee. When the weather is good, my favorite thing to do is hike the Smoky’s with my friends. There is always something new to see and a magnificent view and scenery no matter where you happen to land here. Since I have gotten my Real Estate license in Tennessee, it has been such a pleasure helping people find their piece of the dream. It always feel like a mini vacation when I am showing cabins or mountain lots. To see people feel the way I did when I first came here in the early 1980’s and want to spend their life in East Tennessee gives me great satisfaction. I encourage you to call me and let me help you find either your vacation/rental home or your permanent home here in East Tennessee. The mountains called me and I came, maybe it is time for you to answer the call! Take the time to enjoy life, spend time with your family and friends and never sweat the small stuff.
